Welcome to 3MONGKIS.com! Please read the terms and condition through-roughly. By reading this terms and condition you are agree and have understood with points stated below. 

1. Please allow 1 working day to process your order for quality control and packing. We will notify you via email as soon as your package is sent with the tracking number.
2. We allow return & exchange if the product(s) has defect or mistakenly shipped by our team. Shipping Fee will be borned by us.
3. Refunds can only be made if the product(s) are sold out and or has defect or mistakenly shipped by our team and there's no substitution of other products that you desire.
4. We will never share any of your personal information. Our website is operated by safe and encrypted database.
5. All information about products are according to the invoice order.
6. Please note that invoice is not a reservation upon the goods. Invoice is valid for 2x24 hours expiry time. If the payment you made is past through the expiry date orders, please contact our Customer Service for further assistant.
7. If there's a price reduction upon the goods, paid orders in invoice is not refundable.
8. Our office hour is 10.00- 17.00 WIB.
9. We ship every Monday- Saturday.
10. Our partner for shipping is JNE for domestic shipping and Pos Indonesia (EMS) for international shipping.
11. Shipping receipt will be available 2 days after the shipping notification sent to your email.
12. Please make sure to input your data as required on the form (address, name, phone, etc) completely.
13. Payment confirmation should be made if you made payment through our BCA Account (on behalf of Hetty) and online payment methods (provided by Midtrans).
