1. Do I need an account to order?

Yes, you do. That will help you and us to easily proceed your order because we will have your information kept in our system. And you will have advantages from it, such as tracking your order.

1. How do I place my order?

Please visit our “How to Order” section at the bottom of the homepage.

2. I missed out my favorite item. Will it be back in stock soon?

High demand items might get re-stock. Just click on the “Notify Me” link on the product page to get updates on the product.

3. Can I cancel my order after confirming it?

Unfortunately, you can not. But if you need to cancel your order, you can reach us through our contact or email us at Write down your email and order number and we will cancel it manually for you.

4. Why is my order being cancelled?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hrs after the order have been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.

5. Can I add an item to my order after confirming it?

Unfortunately, you can not. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items you want to purchase.

6. I have put my order into the shopping bag. But when I want to proceed the order, my item is unavailable anymore. Why is that?

Adding an item into your shopping bag does not mean that we hold the item for you, because other customers might be shopping at the same time. Therefore, merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you check out.

7. How do I track my order?

Go to and type your airway bill that is given by us via email.

8. What kind of payment do you accept?

In the meantime, we only accept Bank Transfers via BCA.

9. How to confirm my payment?

If you have done the payment process, go on and click CONFIRM PAYMENT on the top right of the homepage and fill in your order number.

10. What should I do if have completed the payment but forgot to confirm it within the time limit?

1. Do you accept purchases from overseas, or send overseas?

Unfortunately, no. Currently, we are only shipping our products domestically. We ship nationwide to all cities in Indonesia.

2. I have made my payment. How soon can I get my purchased item?

3. What should I do if I have completed my payment but haven’t received my purchased items after the estimated delivery time?

Please do not forget to confirm our payment through our webstore after completing the payment. If you have not confirmed until the time limit, your order will be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at and we will help you in anyway possible.

If you already confirmed your payment and haven’t received your order in time, please go to and type your airway bill that is given by us via email to track your order.

4. What should I do if I have received my package but there is a problem with the product and I need to exchange it?
